The 7-day shadow work retreat reveals those parts of the essence that:
• destroy your relationships,
• kill your spirit,
• prevent you from fulfilling your dreams
The reason lies in what the psychologist Carl Jung called the shadow. The shadow contains all those aspects of the psyche that we have tried to hide or deny. It includes those darker sides we find unacceptable to family, friends, and ourselves. The shadow sides are deeply hidden in our consciousness, concealed both from ourselves and others.
What we cannot live with will not let us live. It is difficult to live by repressing our true essence. Instead of suppressing our shadow, we must bring it to the surface, embrace it, and make peace with it, for within the shadow lies a power and awareness that nothing can replace.

Metamorphosis is a 7-day extraordinary journey into the deepest corners of what it means to be human. It is a profound experience of self-acceptance, wholeness, and the pursuit of a meaningful life.
The retreat is built upon the principles of psychosynthesis, practical psychology, and the unique shadow work practices developed by Maria Baydar, which encourage discovering and integrating those parts of ourselves that we have become accustomed to despising, denying, or hiding.
