Asjaolu raskendab ka nende vaimsete tasakaalutuste \u00fcmber olev segadus ja v\u00e4\u00e4rarusaamad, mis tulevad peamiselt iga inimese individuaalse kogemuse erinevusest ning nende avaldumise mitmek\u00fclgsusest. Uurime k\u00e4esolevas artiklis depressiooni ja \u00e4revuse olemust, p\u00f5hjuseid ning kuidas madalas seisundis endale esmast eneseabi osutada.<\/p>\n<p>Mis on depressioon?<\/p>\n<p>Depressioon on seisund, milles inimene on pikka aega alla surunud oma vajadusi ja l\u00e4inud konflikti oma v\u00e4\u00e4rtustega, ta on lasknud oma piiridest \u00fcle s\u00f5ita. Pikaajaline pingeseisund ja enesereetmine kisub ta pidevalt oma keskmest v\u00e4lja ning l\u00f5puks ei tule keha enam sellega toime. Tekivad ajukeemilised muudatused.<\/p>\n<p>Depressiooniga v\u00f5ib sageli kaasas k\u00e4ia ka l\u00e4bip\u00f5lemine. Kui inimesel on stressirohked perioodid erinevates eluvaldkondades ning ta elab pidevalt elluj\u00e4\u00e4misre\u017eiimil, kustutades &#8221;tulekahjusid&#8221; ja tegeledes pidevalt erinevate v\u00e4ljakutsete lahendamisega, siis on l\u00e4bip\u00f5lemine keha ja vaimu poolt vahele sekkumine. Keha ja vaim \u00fctlevad STOP, et kaitsta sind iseenda kahjustamise eest.<\/p>\n<p>Depressioonil on erinevaid vorme ja seet\u00f5ttu kogeb iga inimene seda erinevalt, aga peamised depressiooni tunnusm\u00e4rgid:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Alanenud meeleolu,<br \/>\n&#8211; huvide ja elur\u00f5\u00f5mu kadumine elu ning inimeste vastu,<br \/>\n&#8211; energia v\u00e4henemine,<br \/>\n&#8211; negatiivsed tunded enda suhtes,<br \/>\n&#8211; kergelt \u00e4rritumine,<br \/>\n&#8211; otsustusv\u00f5imetus,<br \/>\n&#8211; keskendumis- ja m\u00e4luprobleemid,<br \/>\n&#8211; rahulolematus oma keha suhtes,<br \/>\n&#8211; enesekriitika,<br \/>\n&#8211; s\u00fc\u00fctunne, lootusetuse tunne,<br \/>\n&#8211; l\u00f5ksus oleku, abituse tunne,<br \/>\n&#8211; isumuutused, uneh\u00e4ired, v\u00e4simus jne.<\/p>\n<p>Kuidas ennast aidata?<\/p>\n<p>1. Liigu palju. Liikudes toodab keha \u00f5nne ja tasakaalu hormoone. Sa vabastad negatiivseid tundeid keha- ja vaimutasandilt, maandad stressi ja pingeid. Liikmine on madalast emotsionaalsest seisundist v\u00e4lja tulemise imeravim.<br \/>\n2. Ole endaga leebe. Anna endale aega terveneda. L\u00e4bip\u00f5lemisest ja depressioonist v\u00e4ljatulek ei k\u00e4i nipsust. See on sinu v\u00f5imalus \u00f5ppida olema endaga empaatiline ja toetav. L\u00f5puks ometi \u00f5pid sa elama j\u00e4tkusuutlikult, tasakaalukalt ja kontaktis iseenda vajadustega.<br \/>\n3. Ole t\u00e4nulik sellele kogemusele ja k\u00fcsi endalt, millist v\u00e4\u00e4rtust saan iseendale ja teistele luua t\u00e4nu oma depressiooni v\u00f5i l\u00e4bip\u00f5lemise kogemusele.<br \/>\n4. \u00c4ra j\u00e4\u00e4 \u00fcksinda! Jaga oma mure kellegagi.<br \/>\n5. Hakka oma elu rikastama millegi uuega. Tee rutiiniv\u00e4liseid tegevusi. See toob v\u00e4rskuse sinu ps\u00fc\u00fchikasse ja sa n\u00e4ed uusi perspektiive. (nt pese mittedomineeriva k\u00e4ega hambaid, proovi uusi retsepte jne).<br \/>\n6. Anna iseendale ja oma vajadustele t\u00e4helepanu, korrasta oma sisemaailm, m\u00f5tete ja tunnete tasand. Loo selgus enda sees ja enda \u00fcmber (korista nt kodu).<br \/>\n7. Hakka tagasi v\u00f5itma iseenda armastust. Depressioon ja muud vaimsed tasakaalutud seisundid tekivad, kui oleme end pikalt reetnud. Selle p\u00f5hjuseks v\u00f5ib olla piirav uskumus &#8221;Ma ei ole piisav&#8221;. Me tunneme \u00e4revust, kui me seisame silmitsi millegi uuega, kui meid on ees ootamas uus asi, nt suur s\u00fcndmus. Inimene kogeb \u00e4revust, kui ta kogeb ohtu, tunneb end ebaturvaliselt. See annab m\u00e4rku, et tuleb vastavalt reageerida, end kaitsta. Samuti tunneb inimene \u00e4revust, kui ta ei saa olukorda kontrollida. \u00c4revus on vajalik, sest see k\u00e4ivitab meis mehhanisme, mis aitab meid keerulistes olukordades paremini toime tulla. \u00c4revus valmistab meid ennast kaitsma, kui selleks on vajadus. Kirjuta \u00fcles, miks \u00e4revus on nt skaalal 3, mis ajendas mu \u00e4revust, miks sa nii tunned jne. M\u00f5\u00f5da \u00e4revust 3-4x p\u00e4evas. Kui \u00e4revuse tasemest ja selle ajendust olla teadlik siis on v\u00f5imalik seda ka muuta.<\/p>\n<p>2. Turvatunne<br \/>\n\u00c4revus tekib peamiselt turvatunde puudumisest. Olgu sul puudu turvatundest iseendaga v\u00f5i v\u00e4lises maailmas.<br \/>\nKuidas sa saad endale ise turvatunnet pakkuda? Kui tunned, et \u00fcmbritsev keskkond, inimesed v\u00f5i situatsioon ei ole sinu jaoks turvaline, siis k\u00fcsi endalt kuidas sa saaksid hoopis iseendale turvatunnet pakkuda.  Kuidas sa saad elada nii, et sul on iseendaga m\u00f5nus ja turvaline? Millised piirid peaksid kehtestama? Milliseid vajadusi peaksid v\u00e4ljendama?<\/p>\n<p>3. Puhkamine<br \/>\nTuleb olla endaga leebe. Kuidas sa suhtuksid oma l\u00e4hedasse, kes kogeb t\u00e4pselt sama seisundit nagu sina? Mida sa talle \u00fctleksid, kuidas teda kohtleksid, mida sa talle soovitaksid? T\u00e4pselt samamoodi suhtu ka iseendasse! Kasvata enda vastu empaatiat, m\u00f5istmist, leebust. Tee nii, et su keha tunneks ennast sinuga turvaliselt. L\u00f5peta pidev piitsutamine ja usalda oma tunnetust.<\/p>\n<p>4. Kirjutamine<br \/>\nKirjutamise abil saame teadvustada ja ennast k\u00f5rvalt vaadelda. Saad sisemaailmas sasipuntraid lahti harutada, \u00fcmber m\u00f5testada ning seej\u00e4rel vabastada.
