If you cannot make your session on time, please inform your therapist. Unfortunately, your session will then be shortened by the delay.
The session will be automatically cancelled if you are late for half the session. The prepaid amount is non-refundable.
If you wish to change or cancel a booked session, out of respect for other clients and our therapists, we ask that you notify us 1 day before arrival. Failure to notify us or cancellation less than 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the session booked by you.
